- 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (14.5 oz) can black beans,
- 1 small white onion
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tbsp green onions, diced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- ½ packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 red bell pepper
- cooking spray
