- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika

- 1 cup milk
- 1 whole large egg
- Vegetable Oil for frying
- 1 cup buffalo sauce, to coat
