- 1 3/4 lbs chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- 4 large garlic cloves, minced
- 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1½ teaspoons lemon zest, from one lemon
- 1¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in a zip-lock bag. Pound the meat to even thickness with a meat pounder.
- In the same zip-lock bag, Mix all of the ingredients except for the chicken.
