Keto Chicken Chili - This easy low carb chili chicken breast consist of tender juicy chicken coated with soy sauce is busting with flavors made in less than 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 500g Chicken Thighs, boneless, cut into bite size pieces
  • 50g Onion, chunky pieces
  • 20g Spring Onion, green part and white part seperated, chopped
  • 100g Green Bell Pepper, chunky pieces
  • 5g Ginger
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 10g garlic
  • 10 ml Chilli Sauce of choice
  • 10 ml Soya Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Sesame Oil For the marinade
  • 1 Splash White Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil For cooking
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, add chicken, sesame oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, chilli sauce and soya sauce. Combine well and marinate for atleast 30 minutes to over night.
  2. Heat a wok on high heat. Add oil, once hot, add the garlic, ginger, and green chillies. Stir cook until just browned, add in the marinated chicken.
  3. Add in the spring onion (middle and white part), onion and bell pepper once the chicken is halfway cooked.
  4. Combine well and cook until the meat and vegetables are cooked and the sauce comes to your desired consistency.
  5. Garnish with green part of spring onion and toss to combine.
  6. Serve immediately.
