- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
