- 3 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground dried thyme
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. ground paprika
- 1/2 tsp. ground dried oregano
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a large bowl, mix water and baking soda until dissolved.
- Pat dry the chicken breasts with paper towels. Pound chicken to even thickness.
